Description
• နေထိုင်သူများ၏ မေးမြန်းချက်များ၊ တောင်းဆိုချက်များနှင့် တိုင်ကြားမှုများအတွက် အဓိကဆက်သွယ်ရမည့်သူအဖြစ် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။အဆောက်အအုံ၏ ဘုံအသုံးပြုနေရာများ၊ Facilities များ၊ Equipment များကို နေ့စဉ်စစ်ဆေးရန်။
• Maintenance Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု လိုအပ်ချက်များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းရန်။
• Routine Maintenance နှင့် Emergency Repair များကို စောင့်ကြည့်စီမံရန်။
• Property ၏ သန့်ရှင်းမှု၊ လုံခြုံမှုနှင့် အခြေအနေကောင်းမွန်မှုကို ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
• Complaints, Maintenance Requests နှင့် Service Records များကို စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။
• Daily Inspection Report, Incident Report နှင့် Operation Report များ ပြုစုတင်ပြရန်။
• ဧည့်သည်များအတွက် Parking Space များ ခွဲဝေခြင်းနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်းကို ကြီးကြပ်ရန်။
• Parking Reservation, Payment နှင့် Monitoring System များကို အသုံးပြု၍ စနစ်တကျ စီမံရန်။
• Parking Rules & Regulations များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်ပြီး လိုက်နာစေရန်။
• Maintenance Team နှင့် ပူးပေါင်း၍ ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းမှု လိုအပ်ချက်များကို အချိန်မီ ဖြေရှင်းရန်။

Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least 2 years of experience in a manager role.
Applicants must be over 35 years old.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel is necessary.
Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail are essential.
Experience in the Property Management Field and Real Estate Field is preferred.
Good At Communication Skill နှင့် Interpersonal Skill .
